We focus on developing talent within our operations while providing opportunities for those in the early stages of their careers including apprentices and graduates. Every one of our employees has a training and development plan involving a range of internal and external programmes. Through our apprenticeship scheme, apprentices combine their further education college learning with on site experience. Each apprentice also is allocated a mentor to provide guidance throughout the process.
